David Arkell (born May 17th, 1957) worked as an aerial co-ordinator for the UK aerial crew on the 2004 Thunderbirds (2004 Movie). Other work includes Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), The World is Not Enough (1999), and Proof of Life (2000).
