Brains appears in 28 episodes (exceptions: Martian Invasion, The Perils of Penelope, The Impostors and The Duchess Assignment). In End Of The Road, he appears only in a non-speaking role.
Brains also appears - in a notable role - in both feature-films.
In addition, he appears in the Thunderbirds 1965 episodes, but is heard in only one (Introducing Thunderbirds).

Sun Probe[]
Thunderbird 3 - with Alan, Scott and Tin-Tin on board - launches into space, to try to save the imperiled Sun Probe rocket. When their first try at reaching the probe with their safety beam fails, Alan and Scott realize they must go much closer to the Sun. This time, success: with its retros working again, Sun Probe is safe...but, TB3's the one in danger now!
It's up to Brains, to use IR's mobile Transmitter Truck to jam TB3's safety beam signal - is his prototype robot, Braman, up to this life-or-death task?

Operation Crash Dive[]
Brains accompanies Virgil and Gordon aboard Thunderbird 2, in the hunt for the missing Fireflash 4. Consulting his charts, he realizes the plane must be somewhere on the seabed. Gordon and Thunderbird 4 quickly locate the downed craft, and Brains instructs him to use the yellow mini-sub's lasers to cut off the airliner's two main engines - as this will allow the fuselage to float to the surface, and its trapped flight crew can then be rescued...
Move - And You're Dead[]
Alan and Grandma are trapped high on the girders of the recently-completed San Miguel Bridge - with a bomb that will detonate, if either of them move! With no time to locate the bomb itself, Brains uses the Neutralizer Tractor to immobilize it, so Virgil can safely venture out onto the bridge with the Jet-Air Transporter, and rescue his brother and grandmother...

While Brains is visiting Lady Penelope in England, they witness the collapse of the Allington Suspension Bridge, on live TV. They set off for the bridge site in FAB 1; and Brains is presently able to gain access to the bridge's control center. The Bridge Controller in charge summarily blows off Brains' query as to whether International Rescue has been summoned - and so, Brains withdraws unnoticed to the back of the room, and uses his wrist-watch telecom to very quietly contact John, up in Thunderbird 5...
