The meeting advisor was a character from Operation Crash-Dive. He was seen attending the meeting held by the International Air Minister, along with Commander Norman, Lieutenant Burroughs and Patterson, in the aftermath of the third Fireflash disaster.
He is a silent character, meaning he had no spoken lines.

- The puppet that played the Meeting Advisor first appeared in Trapped in the Sky, as a passenger in the departure lounge at London International Airport. At the end of the same episode, it played Kyrano's Doctor. It later put in a number of cameo appearances: as an unnamed gambler in The Duchess Assignment, as a staff member at Satellite HQ in Cry Wolf, and as a journalist in The Mighty Atom.
