The alarm system jammer is a gadget from Brink of Disaster.
Warren Grafton visits Creighton-Ward Manor, and uses an electronic safe detector to find Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward's safe, which is hidden in the floor of her library. He then attaches the jammer to one of her window frames, right next to the alarm system wires, so that his associates can remotely disable the alarm and burgle her safe later that night.
