In the 2004 movie Thunderbirds, the Hood had a giant black, grey and red submarine with missile and radar systems.
After a rescued and disguised Mullion fired a projectile containing slime with tracking capability at Thunderbird 1, the submarine fired a missile at Thunderbird 5, nearly killing John Tracy in the process, as part of the Hood's revenge to trap Jeff Tracy and his family. The Hood and his band followed the transmitter slime on TB1's nose to the pacific, for their easy conquest, having correctly figured Tracy Island would only have a skeleton crew and thus offer minimal resistance during an operation.
The submarine is last seen emerging from the sea surrounding Tracy Island where Alan Tracy, Fermat Hackenbacker and Tintin spot it and run away.
