Seen in Martian Invasion, the Martian space craft was a prop in the "B" movie directed by Goldheimer. It had a crew of two, and a gas canister cannon inside the hull.
Like the makers of Thunderbirds, Goldheimer made use of different size models for the long shots and the close-ups.
