First Officer Clayton is a character from Terror in New York City. He was on board the U.S.N. Sentinel when it attempted to shoot down Thunderbird 2, seriously damaging it.
He was part of the crew that took Thunderbird 4 to New York harbour when it was needed in a rescue mission.
