Frank Hollands is/was an assistant director and production manager, who worked on a large number of films and television series from the early 1940s to the early 1970s. He is perhaps best known for his work on a number of A.P. Films / Century 21 productions, including Crossroads to Crime (1960), Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, and Joe 90.

Hollands is known to have had some involvement with Thunderbirds Are Go, as he appears in a behind-the-scenes photograph with David Lane, Norman Foster, and a number of other people at the Royal Marine Depot in Deal, Kent - the place where the end titles sequence was shot for the aforementioned film.
