Guiterrez is a San Martino police officer seen in Path Of Destruction. He was tasked with helping civilians evacuate the San Martino village and, later, he went to the dam to see what he could do to help.
He was voiced by Matt Zimmerman.

- The puppet that played Gutierrez also appeared in The Cham-Cham as the Foreign Airforce Lieutenant, and in Move And You're Dead as Victor Gomez. In Edge Of Impact, it played the Foreign Fighter Jet Pilot. It also made a cameo in The Impostors.
