The Heraldic Archive, Paris is a location from The Perils of Penelope.

Sir Jeremy Hodge meets Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward in a Parisian café, where she narrowly avoids drinking poisoned pernod. As he flees, the culprit leaves behind a matchbook emblazoned with a heraldic crest. Tracking down the crest in the archive, Lady Penelope and Sir Jeremy are trapped in the basement as gas is pumped in, but they are rescued by Parker.

Doctor Godber sends Lady Penelope and Sir Jeremy Hodge down in the basement to look for the crest, he locks them in and turns on the gas.

Parker to the RescueEdit

Lady Penelope contacts Parker, who is sitting outside in FAB 1, and tells him of her peril. Parker uses the harpoons in FAB 1 to pull the door down, so she can make her escape.

  • In this scene, Peter Dyneley (as Sir Jeremy Hodge) says one of the most famous lines in the Thunderbirds series, as he bangs on the basement door:
"I say! Open this door at once! We're British!"
  • The archive is situated on the corner of Rue Desmonde, named after Desmond Saunders, who codirected this episode with Alan Pattillo.
