Jay Underwood (born October 1, 1968) is an American actor who became a renowned face in the film industry as a teen for playing Eric Gibb in The Boy Who Could Fly. It was a role that in 2001 would earn him a Former Child Star "Lifetime Achievement" Award.

Other film and television roles include Mortimer Harren in Star Trek: Voyager, Grover Dunn in The Invisible Kid, Chip Carson in Not Quite Human, Dave in No Greater Love, Bug in Uncle Buck, and Johnny Storm in the doomed 1994 live-action adaptation of The Fantastic Four comic series.

More recently, Underwood was ordained as full-time pastor of First Baptist Church of Weaverville, California.
