He runs the local restaurant in San Martino, where the Crablogger crew are given his "special" to eat, and the next day are victims of food poisoning.

- The puppet used for Sanchos also played the part of Ritter in The Man From MI.5, and of the unnamed Crook with Machine Gun in Brink of Disaster. Its first appearance however was as a prisoner in Vault Of Death.
