Scott uses his jetpack and heads inside the dish, but Brains' schematics are out of date for the mirrors to be turned away from the city. After hearing workers still trapped under the dish, Virgil was sent in to rescue them while Scott cut through the dish's support arm, sending the dish crashing to the ground. Marion shows Scott a secret way up via a staircase, but the staircase ends halfway up the exit. Using Thunderbird 1's cable, Scott manages to hoist the two of them up, but Marion's uranium is dragging them down. After she nearly falls, she realises that she has to dump it and does so. Outside, a storm is brewing and Scott can't keep Thunderbird 1 steady, putting both their lives in danger. The cable snaps, but thankfully Virgil in the Mole shows up just in time to save them.
Scott takes Thunderbird 1 out to help the troubled Fireflash. He checks for external damage and finds none, before overseeing the rest of the rescue.
Scott and Brains fly out to Japan to stop an out of control monorail test train, endangering another passenger train with the use of Thunderbird 1. When the initial attempt fails, Scott has to rely on both John and Brains to stop the train, while he dreads the thought of having to stop the train with the emergency brake which would be like hitting a brick wall.
Thunderbird 5 is hacked by EOS, an AI that originated from old game code written by John. Scott and Lady Penelope discover that the John contacting them is fake. With a backlog to attend to, Thunderbird 1 is launched along with the other crafts to deal with the rescues.
Alan and Kayo, after rescuing Ned Tedford from a solar flare, lose radio contact with Tracy Island. Scott, like his brothers, believe that Alan and Kayo have perished, but radio soon comes back online, and with some help from Brains Thunderbird 3 and its crew make it safely back to Earth.

After Virgil and Gordon are knocked out of action by a power surge, Scott in Thunderbird 1 arrives at CIR.R.U.S. to evacuate the crew. A statically charged shock causes Scott to fall off the weather station, and it rises up too high in altitude for another attempt to be made with Thunderbird 1.

After having back to back missions, Virgil and Scott both take on another one out to the arctic circle to help ground the Aurora generator which has failed to discharge excess energy that it harvests from the Aurora Borealis due to a malfunction in the generator. After being unable to get close enough with Thunderbird 1 and 2, both Scott and Virgil must attempt to reach the generator using the pods. When a heavy storm sets in preventing them from going further, Scott and Virgil have a brief moment of trying to understand why Scott is so determined to risk it all and push himself and his brothers to the limits.
Scott and Virgil are recruited to help find a safe location to drop a large reinforced tirinium vault that houses unstable anti-matter after Parker informs Colonel Casey that while he can break into the vault, there isn't a way to close it. together they remove the vault from the building and drop it down a nearby mine shaft while rescuing Lady Penelope, Parker and the scientist.

Scott wakes Alan up and flies him out to the Creighton-Ward Manor for driving lessons.
Chain Of CommandEdit
After rescuing the GDF from a serious bridge disaster, a high up official from the GDF imposes restrictions on International rescue, which prevents Scott and his brothers from preforming rescues. When Thunderbird 2 is forceably grounded with them all inside, they all make the decision that while they have to respect authority, if it prevents them from saving lives then they will risk being labeled as outlaws to be able to preform their duty.
Touch and GoEdit
When the air traffic control system C.A.T.C.H is taken offline, Scott and Virgil are sent out to save a cargo plane from crashing down to earth after a mid-air collision with another plane.
